DELAVAN, Wis. (Nov, 15, 2007) - Reservations are now being accepted, and construction is expected to begin soon, for 130 new two- and three-bedroom lakefront resort condominiums being planned at Lake Lawn Resort.
The Villas of Harbor's Edge are three-story luxury resort condos with heated parking currently being developed on the east edge of Lake Lawn's 250-acre property, adjacent to the resort's existing marina.
The Villas of Harbor's Edge will feature lushly landscaped grounds, a fenced marina boardwalk and a gated private swimming pool with an open-air pool house featuring a poolside bar and grill. The villas are being designed for ultimate privacy and security, with secured semi-private elevators that will service no more than two units per floor, and an intercom/remote lock guest entry system. Development of the Villas of Harbor's Edge is the third phase of Lake Lawn Resort's $390 million redevelopment, which has included large-scale renovation of the resort's 220-room lodge. The resort recently announced its plans to proceed with Phase 2 of the redevelopment, a $4 million renovation of the resort's public spaces, including its meeting rooms, guest lobby, main restaurant and bar.
